Nirvana Infrared: $826K in Sales and 2,850 Leads on $14K Ad Spend

Nirvana Infrared had a strong in-studio experience but no digital system driving predictable growth. Digitality built the entire acquisition engine: paid ads, conversion funnels, CRM automations, ad scripting, and reporting. The result: $826K in total sales (+177% growth), 2,850 leads at $5.14 each, and 790 active memberships, all on just $14,644 in ad spend.

The Challenge

Nirvana Infrared is a boutique wellness center in New Jersey offering infrared fitness classes, hot yoga, lymphatic drainage programs, private infrared sauna rooms, and holistic recovery services. They had a loyal local following and a great in-studio experience, but no digital infrastructure to scale.

Specifically, the problems were clear:

  • No paid acquisition system. Leads came from word of mouth and organic social. There was no structured funnel turning ad spend into booked appointments.
  • No CRM or automation. Follow-ups were manual. Leads that didn't convert on the first touch were lost.
  • Multiple offers, no clear path. Infrared rooms, yoga classes, lymphatic drainage, corporate wellness, on-demand content. Prospects had no guided journey to the right service.
  • Expansion plans with no marketing playbook. New locations were on the horizon, but there was no repeatable system for generating pre-launch demand.

Same team. Same product. What they needed was a system.

What We Built

We built and ran the entire marketing engine for Nirvana, designed to be replicable across future locations.

Paid Ads — Designed and launched a structured Meta Ads campaign system starting with the infrared sauna offer as the lead magnet. Expanded to multiple campaigns covering lymphatic drainage, founding member offers for new locations, training waitlists, and skin treatment promotions. Created custom ad scripts with multiple angles: POV/lifestyle reels, educational content, and high-converting exclusivity positioning.

Conversion Funnels — Built 2-step lead capture funnels (lead form to checkout page) for the flagship wellness program. Each offer got its own dedicated funnel optimized for the specific audience and price point.

CRM and Automations — Set up GoHighLevel with separate pipelines for each location and offer type, tagged by campaign source. Email and SMS nurture sequences handle lead follow-up automatically. Hot leads get pushed toward booking. Cooler leads stay in the nurture loop.

Ad Scripting — Wrote and produced testimonial video content, coordinated B-roll shoots, and created multiple script angles that could be tested and iterated based on performance data.

Reporting — Full performance visibility: spend, leads, cost per lead, pipeline movement, and revenue attribution. No guessing, just numbers.

The Results

Over 14 months (Feb 2025 to Apr 2026), the numbers tell the full story:

  • $826,017 in total sales (+177% revenue growth)
  • 790 active memberships across all locations
  • 2,850 leads generated from Meta Ads campaigns
  • $5.14 average cost per lead across the full campaign portfolio
  • $14,644 total ad spend to generate those results
  • 56:1 return on ad spend ($826K in sales on $14.6K in ads)
  • 49,654 website visits with weekly traffic growing from 200 to over 1,200

The top-performing campaign alone produced 2,710 leads at just $4.16 per lead on $11,274 in spend. That single campaign drove the majority of the lead volume and cost less than a mid-tier employee's monthly salary.

Weekly sales grew from roughly $6,500 at the start of the engagement to consistent peaks above $20,000, hitting $26,000 at the highest point. The growth curve is steady and compounding, not a spike.

Why It Matters

Nirvana didn't need more marketing tactics. They needed infrastructure. A repeatable process that turns ad spend into qualified leads, leads into booked sessions, and sessions into long-term members.

That is what Digitality built. Not a one-off campaign, but a scalable acquisition engine that works across offers, locations, and growth stages. The same system that generated $826K in sales for one studio is now being deployed to new markets.

For every $1 spent on ads, Nirvana generated $56 in revenue. That is what a real marketing system looks like.
