Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
1. Who we are
Digitality Marketing ("Digitality", "we", "us") runs www.digitalitymarketing.com (the "Website"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the Website, fill out a form, book a call or work with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. By using the Website you agree to this policy.
2. The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms and booking calendar, plus standard data about your visit (pages viewed, device, rough location from your IP address).
- We use it to reply to you, run our sales process, and measure which of our ads and pages actually work.
- We share it with the tools that help us do that (analytics, advertising, CRM, hosting). We don't sell your information for money.
- You can turn off tracking at any time from Your privacy choices. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.
3. Notice at collection
We collect these categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: name, email, phone number, IP address, cookie and device IDs.
- Business information: company name, website, industry, revenue range and the answers you give in our forms.
- Internet activity: pages viewed, clicks, time on page, how you arrived (for example the ad or link you clicked).
- Approximate location: city or region based on your IP address.
We use these for marketing and advertising, analytics, responding to inquiries, scheduling calls, and delivering our services. To opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, visit Your privacy choices.
4. What we collect and how
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, email us or sign an agreement with us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business name and website, and your answers about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, cookies, pixels and similar tools record pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, your browser and device type, IP address, and the page or ad that sent you here. Our Cookie Policy lists the specific tools.
Information from others. Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google may tell us that someone who clicked one of our ads later filled out a form, and we may receive basic business details from data providers or partners who refer you to us.
5. How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule and run calls, and send the information you asked for.
- To deliver and manage our services if you become a client.
- To measure which ads, pages and campaigns bring in real inquiries and customers.
- To show our ads to people who visited the Website, and to keep showing them to people who are unlikely to be interested (for example, existing clients).
- To send marketing emails or texts, only where you've agreed to receive them.
- To keep the Website secure and filter out spam.
6. Measuring our ads, including server-side
When you submit a form or book a call, we may tell Meta, Google and similar platforms that the action happened so they can report which ad led to it. Some of this is sent from our servers rather than your browser. When we send contact details this way, they're hashed (converted into a scrambled code) before they leave our systems, and the platforms use them only to match the action to an ad.
If you've opted out of sale or sharing, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we either don't send these events or we send them flagged for restricted use under state privacy laws.
7. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: website hosting (Webflow), our CRM, booking and messaging platform (HighLevel), form tools, email, analytics (Google Analytics) and spam protection.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and OpenAI, for ad measurement and to show our ads to past visitors. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" or a "sale", which is why you can opt out.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights.
- Business transfers: if we're involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
8. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, your booked call and our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. The sharing described in this policy does not include your text messaging opt-in data or consent.
9. Your choices
- Tracking: use Your privacy choices or the cookie banner to turn off advertising and analytics tracking. Your choice is saved in your browser.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
- Visitors from the EU and UK: advertising and analytics tracking stays off unless you accept it.
- Emails: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the Website may not work as well.
10. Your rights under U.S. state privacy laws
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, targeted advertising, and profiling
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights
To make a request, email contact@digitalitymarketing.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We'll verify your request and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.
11. Automated decisions and profiling
Advertising platforms use automated tools to decide which of our ads to show and to whom, based on activity like visiting the Website. This doesn't produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. You can opt out of this kind of targeted advertising using the choices above.
12. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a relationship with you and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Website analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 10).
13. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection.
14. Children
The Website is meant for businesses, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
15. Links to other sites
The Website links to other sites, such as client websites and social platforms. Their own privacy policies apply there, not this one.
16. Connected advertising accounts (Meta)
If you are a client of Digitality Marketing, or an agency that works with us, you may connect a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account to our reporting system. This section covers that connection. It is separate from the information we collect from visitors to this Website.
What we access. We get read-only access to the ad account’s advertising results: spend, impressions, clicks, leads, campaign, ad set and ad names, ad images and video titles. We never create, edit, pause or delete ads, and we never post anything to Meta.
What we do not collect. We do not collect your Facebook password, your personal profile, friends, messages or posts.
How we use it. Only to build performance reports for the account owner and for Digitality Marketing staff who manage that account. We do not sell this information, share it with advertising or analytics providers, or use it to build advertising profiles of individuals.
Where it is kept. In our database, where only people who work on the account can see it. The access key Meta gives us is stored so syncing can run without you signing in again.
Disconnecting and deleting. You can disconnect at any time, from the link we sent you or by removing our app in Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps. When you disconnect, we delete the access key and stop pulling data. To also delete the ad results we already stored, follow our data deletion instructions and we will remove them within 30 days.
17. Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our tools or practices change. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Big changes will also be noted on the Website.
