A family martial arts academy that wanted full classes all year. We started with a small test that paid for itself, then built the booking system that has kept new students coming for more than two years.
The academy's whole idea is families training together. Classes were strong when word of mouth was strong and thin when it wasn't. The owner wanted new students coming in every month, not just after a good season.
Before spending real money we ran one offer: a $99 intro package instead of a free class. About $577 in ads brought in $990 in paid trials, so the campaign was in the black before anyone signed up for a membership.
Paying up front also filtered out people who were never going to show, which told us the offer and the audience were right.
Ads went to parents and adults near the academy, picked by age, interests and behavior. Every lead went into a booking funnel that took them from first click to a confirmed class, and follow-up kept going until they came in.

More than 350 new students have come through it, and their memberships add up to an estimated $500,000 a year. It's been running for more than two years.
Leads generated for clients, judged on what they turned into.
On a 30 minute call we'll go through your offer, your ads, your follow-up and your numbers, and show you what's holding growth back and how much more you could spend while it still pays. You'll leave with the first thing we'd fix, whether you hire us or not.
