Word of mouth had taken them as far as it could. Over 14 months we built the ads, funnels and follow-up that helped get them to $826K in sales.
New business came from referrals and Instagram. Follow-up was done by hand, and anyone who didn't book on the first try usually wasn't heard from again.
They also offered a lot: infrared classes, private saunas, hot yoga, lymphatic drainage, recovery programs. Someone new had no idea where to start. And they wanted more locations with no reliable way to fill them.
We started with one offer, the infrared sauna, and gave it its own ads and its own two-step funnel. Once that was working we added campaigns for lymphatic drainage, skin treatments, training waitlists and founding memberships for each new location.
Every lead went into a CRM pipeline sorted by location and offer. Texts and emails followed up automatically, so people who were ready booked right away and everyone else kept hearing from the studio until they were.

Typical weekly sales went from about $6,500 to more than $20,000, with a best week of $26,000. It came in week after week rather than as one big launch, steady enough to plan new locations around.
When a new location was coming, the same setup went in ahead of opening day with founding member offers, so each studio opened with people already signed up instead of starting from zero.
